Who am I?

How do I process personal data?

Visitors to my website

I record data about your device and your use of my website.

This is a legitimate business interest to help maintain the security and performance of the website.

Requests for more information

If you ask us for relevant information about our services we will use the details you provide to respond as a legitimate business interest.

Therapy Clients

If you work with me as a client, I will process your personal data as necessary for us to provide our services that you have requested on a contractual basis such as booking and managing appointments and details of your personal history that you provide.

I will only share your personal data with third parties if necessary for legal or regulatory purposes, or for safeguarding purposes (a recognised legitimate interest).

I process special categories of personal data, such as information about your health, for the provision of health care or treatment.

I keep high-level records of our discussions.

After your therapy we will contact you to check on progress and offer further support if needed as a legitimate business interest.

Peers and Providers

I engage other therapists and service providers to support the therapy industry and to seek ways to improve our services. In doing so, I process professionals’ details such as contact details qualifications and service details as a legitimate business interest.

Data Subject Rights

I fully respect your rights to request that I:

• Allow you to opt-out of any process that you previously consented to at any time.
• Provide a copy of data we hold on you or to pass it to a third party on your behalf.
• Amend delete or restrict processing of your data.
• Explain and review any automated decision making or profiling.
• Provide further information about our processing activities.
• To raise a complaint.
